One even offers a e-book with all of the information (supposedly) in it to flip a property WITH all the needed forms and contracts included. I bought the book and the forms were taken out of the book. It's so refreshing to find on the web, a Godly man who actually puts helping people first and not his coffer. So many really do miss the boat. Keep up the excellent work and may God continue to bless you and yours.
