Wholesaling A Property

This is a continuation of “The Great Escape” interview with Eric Thiele. Eric is working with Sean Terry and Flip2Freedom.com to learn how to start up a successful wholesaling business.  In this section, Sean and Eric discuss the assignments for next week and wrap up the interview.

Sean: Sounds good buddy. So what do you have on the work week this week for your normal job? What’s your plans?

Eric: That’s a funny question because whatever I have planned never–I have had something on my agenda that I wanted to get done for three months, and I haven’t had enough time to do the one thing because of all the emergencies, so.

Sean: Wow.

Eric: I have no idea what the emergency list will be this week when I get back to Austin.

Sean: So you just go.

Eric: My flight leaves tonight.

Sean: So you wake up and go.

Eric: I’ll put on the armor tomorrow morning and I’ll let you know. No, hopefully the coming week and a half, two weeks is actually, should be fairly light. I’m not aware of any big initiatives. . .

Sean: Okay.

Eric: . . .It’s just normal care and feeding for the next two weeks.

Sean: Perfect.

Eric: I hope.

Sean: The ebb and flow.

Eric: This will afford me to have the time to do this other stuff.

Sean: Perfect. Well, that’s awesome. All right, so for everybody that’s listening right now, I want to thank you in listening to The Great Escape, this is the first ever podcast reality show with Eric Thiele, and we are going through his journey from escaping out of the chaos of his computer consulting career into the life of freedom, so he can hop in his two-man jet that we’re going to fly out of Chicago with, right? They’ll fly right up.

Eric: Well, out of Kissimmee, Florida, but anyway.

Sean: Yeah, Florida too. Let’s go there. I hope, that sounds fun. So, thanks everybody for joining in. Follow along with us. And if you want to get up and want to get going, start doing the tasks, start making the calls, start meeting the people; don’t give up.

Because, you know what? If you give up on your dream, no one else is going to do it for you. You have to go through and make the calls and get it, make it happen, and that’s what Eric is doing and I’m proud of him for making it happen.
