Wholesaling Houses Full Time
This is a continuation of “The Great Escape” interview with Eric Thiele. Eric is working with Sean Terry and Flip2Freedom.com to learn how to start up a successful wholesaling business. In this section, Sean and Eric wrap up the interview by discussing what to expect next week.
Sean: What you want to do is get the momentum and the wheels going and start cranking. Then, when you feel yourself getting momentum where you’ve got marketing going out, calls are coming in, and leads are coming in—and you are confident to where you can guide someone in a direction where now they can take the calls for you, which would probably be the first thing.
Here’s the thing: you don’t want to have someone taking calls for you now because you want to be able to take those calls. I’ve always had the best success when I take the calls and I talk to the sellers. I can’t do that now because of the amount of marketing we deploy right now, but I want to make sure the person that is taking the calls is trained, knows what they’re talking about, and sometimes I’ll have them record the conversation, so I can hear what they’re saying. I would wait until you get some momentum first before we start bringing on other people.
Eric: Okay, thank you very much.
Sean: Sounds good. All right. Now he’s got the how-to stuff and we’re going to get all that information. He’s got the spiritual side of it and the law of attraction side. He’s going to come back and next week we’ll talk about–we won’t go into detail of his letter, but we’ll talk about some specific things he really wants to accomplish. He’ll get that, so he’s got quite a lot of work to do between now and next week. We’ll report back on “The Great Escape,” Eric Thiele, reality show on the Flip2Freedom podcast. This is exciting. So, any last words, Eric, before we sign off and report back next week?
Eric: I am just excited to see what I’m going to put in that letter. What am I going to make happen in the next year?
Sean: You have some time to think about it, time to think about it and write it down, visualize it and see it. I’m more excited to help you realize it. That’s the exciting part.

Sean: He’s going to shut down his consulting and then be full-time in real estate. That’s an exciting day. Then take it and ramp it up to levels he’s never dreamed possible.
