Wholesaling Houses Full Time: Eric Hits A Wall TGE Episode 3 (Part 1)

Wholesaling Houses Full Time

This is a transcription of “The Great Escape” audio podcast reality show with Eric Thiele. Eric has been given assignments each week to help him get his wholesaling business started. You can follow along with us here as Eric reports back with his progress and what he has learned.

Sean Terry: This is The Great Escape Podcast Reality Show with Eric Thiele. Eric owns his own business and he manages the computer servers for Medicare and Medicaid for the state of Texas. He’s on call 24/7, all the time. I mean, his phone rings at three in the morning, his phone rings late at night, early in the morning, at all times, and he is at their beck and call. If there is any type of computer issue, he’s there to be able to handle it and solve it and he literally can’t break away for a minute without having some issues.

So he wants out of that. He wants to be able to create an unlimited income. He wants to go out, and be able to have the freedom to do what he wants, when he wants to do it. And he wants to do it through real estate investments.

So what we’ve done is we’re giving him assignments and documenting his progress on this podcast. He’s coming back and talking about the struggles, and how he had to overcome obstacles and figure out how he can get through it. It’s called The Great Escape Reality Podcast Show, with Eric Thiele. What’s up, buddy?

Eric Thiele: Hey! Things are going great.

Sean: We had our first live event in Scottsdale this past weekend. Got to spend some quality time with Eric, which was great, and we went out to the shooting range and shot Glocks, and got to shoot, what were they, M-16 or?

Eric: M-16, basically.

Sean: Yeah, basically an M-16. I was in the Marine Corps for four years, so I remember, and I was an expert shooter, but it has been a while since I actually picked up a firearm. But, we went out there, overcame our fear, followed instructions, and just went out there and shot some targets. It was quite fun. But we had a good time, didn’t we?

Eric: I had an awesome time. It was great meeting everybody, and the Extreme Freedom primer was outstanding. You delivered on the promise of giving us a lot of information that we can all act on. And Monday morning, I started acting.

Sean: Perfect. That’s what is good. All right, so to get everybody up to speed, basically what we have done is, Eric is in a job that takes a ton of his time. He actually commutes back and forth from Chicago to Austin, Texas. He basically manages the county server, right, for their computer systems, if I remember?

Eric: State. I handle the Medicare and Medicaid computers, about 400 of them, for the state of Texas.
