Wholesaling Real Estate 2012
This is the continuation of the Flip2Freedom podcast transcription. In this episode, Sean interviews the nation’s #1 wholesaler, Kent Clothier, and finds out how he created a wholesaling empire – averaging over 50 deals a month.
Sean: Wow. That is phenomenal. What about a guy, they’ve done a couple of deals, maybe they are still working their nine to five job? They really want to get out of that and they really want to go full-time, but, they don’t have that confidence, but they understand the process and they want to ramp it up. What do you think they will gain from listening to this training?
Kent: Well, I would go along the same lines. What you’ll realize is that, because of information, because of systems, and because a lot of this legwork and heavy lifting that we have done, the amount of time that you have to be involved with this is very, very minimal. But, even more importantly than that, your ability to show this to other people and work with other people, and leverage other people, and allow them to use this system on your behalf as you are building this up. We show you how to do all that stuff, we show exactly how we have done that in our own business to where you can easily get the ball rolling here with very, very little effort on your part.
I just want to caution everybody. I am a big believer in being very straightforward. We don’t pull any punches. I am not telling you this stuff is easy. Everybody has to pay their dues to some degree. But, this is very, very simple. It is very straightforward and the information and techniques allow just about anybody to take advantage of it with very minimal time.
Sean: And imagine having access on the phone where you have 20, 30, 50 cash buyers that you have built a relationship that have cash, that can pull the trigger. They can close in seven days they have no problem putting up $2500. And, you know specifically what they want, and you can go shopping for them pretty much on properties, this business becomes so simple and it becomes so fun. Now, you can literally get a property under contract, you can make a phone call, and you can sell it.
You can do that yourself, of course, when you are getting started, but it is very simple to where you can take on people, like you have done, to where literally you could have your entire business run on autopilot and be able to spend the time with your family, go on vacations and do the things that you want to do. Because, you have established those relationships and that business to be able to run like that.
